These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MurphMaster iOS application ("the app"), developed by Upper East Enterprises. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
MurphMaster is a fitness timer and tracking application designed for Murph and similar workouts. The app is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.
MurphMaster is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Calorie estimates and workout data are approximate and should not be relied upon for medical decisions. Always consult a physician before starting any exercise program. You use the app and perform workouts at your own risk.
MurphMaster offers optional in-app purchases through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions are managed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings under Subscriptions.
The app integrates with optional third-party services including Strava and Apple HealthKit. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
All content, design, and code in MurphMaster are owned by Upper East Enterprises. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upper East Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, injury during workouts, data loss, or interruption of service.
We reserve the right to discontinue the app or modify its features at any time without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
